Ports of Call
The ports of call and the shore excursion are the ideal complement of your cruise. You can visit at your own pace or you can take one of our shore excursion (all in Spanish), that you have to book and pay on board. Once on the port, the local authorities begin the process for disembarkation, this process usually takes about 30 minutes. In all the ports of call you can get on and off the ship as many times you want, always carrying your I.D. given to you on board. Remember that you have to be on board at least 30 minutes before sailing.
Who do I address when at the Ship?
At embarkation Port , Pullmantur Cruises crew members will welcome its passengers to help them with the different procedures. Once on board and for the all cruise they will be at your complete disposal to answer your needs.
Documentation Required
A valid passport is required for all cruises featured in this brochure. It is recommended that you contact your local Consular Authority for Visa requirements.
What to do with my Baggage?
Pullmantur porters will take care of your luggage delivering them directly to your cabin within two hours after embarkation. Don't forget to carry with you personal value and medicines.
Do I need Money while on board?
Currency on board is Euros. A no cash system operates on board Pullmantur ships. Registering a credit card or a cash deposit at embarkation time, all passengers will be provided with the “On board credit card” which can be used for any expense when on board. The account is settled on the last day of the cruise and payment can be made by credit card (American Express, Visa, Master card) traveler's checks and cash.
Who do I have to Tip?
Tipping is common custom on the cruises to thank staff members who you feel have helped to make your holiday an enjoyable one. To make this easier, at the end of the cruise Pullmantur will charge the specifi c amount for service charge, as specifi ed in each price list, directly on your on board account to be paid cash or directly with credit card.

May I travel when Pregnant?
Women up to their 28th week of pregnancy may travel provided when a Doctor's Certifi cate is made available
Disabled Passengers
A limited number of disabled guests may be accommodated. Details of disability must be advised at the time of booking. Guest confi ned to wheelchairs must be accompanied by a traveling companion who is able to assist them.
Dress Code
For ship and shore, casual attire is in order during the day. For days in port, comfortable clothes and walking shoes are a must. In the evening it is preferred that gentlemen wear a jacket. For the Gala nights a bit more formality is requested. Dinner jackets are not essential……The appropriate daily dress code is published on the ships daily program. Please note: shorts and t shirts are not permitted in the dining room for evening meals.
Special Kids
Children on board are absolutely welcome. Several activities and baby sitting are available for children starting the age of 3. All ships have children facilities with an entertainment program in the games room. Baby sitting service is not included in the price; ask for schedule and prices at the front desk.
Medical Services
An infi rmary with a qualifi ed doctor and nurse are available on all our ships. Medical services are not included in the cruise price, but payment will be made through the no cash system.
Purchase on Board
Passengers may benefi t from tax free prices on a wide selection of goods. An extensive range of gift, souvenirs and clothing are available in the different shops.
End of the Cruise
The night before disembarkation you need to have your luggage prepared and outside your stateroom. Your luggage will be taken to shore and you will be able to pick it up at the pier. Don't forget to get all your valuable from the safe before leaving.
