BOARDING TIME: All passengers should have completed boarding procedures at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the ship. Boarding will not be permitted once the check-in desks have been closed. Passengers who arrive late for boarding should begin the cruise in the next port of call, with full notification given where possible.
LUGGAGE: On arrival at the port we will collect all luggages (except hand luggage). A crew member will place all tags on your luggage with the corresponding cabin number and all bags will be placed directly in your cabin.
BOARDING DOCUMENTATION: All passengers, including children and babies should carry all relevant booking documentation as well a current passport or National Identity Card, plus any visa documents that may be needed for the trip. On arrival at the terminal all passengers should present their boarding documents and passport to staff who will issue them with a magnetic card that will act as identification for boarding and disembarking the ship throughout the trip and for paying bills on board.
